[Glossary] for WPAY IG today

Hello David and all,

Due to a kick-off of the Dutch Instant Payments project, I cannot attend today's IG call.
>From next week on, I will be spending four weeks holiday in the family camper. (Life's a bitch : )

I did work on ACTION-115:
Glossary TF:
* "terms.html" to become the Unified Glossary for Web Payments groups.
* Evert Fekkes to update "terms.html"
** Complete by Friday, July 17
** Include "comb through" of terms from Capabilities and Web Payments WG Charter

I have revised the terms.html list which is to be the basis for all glossary references in the WPAY documents. The document can be found on the w3c/webpayments-ig github account:

The "comb through" of terms from Capabilities and Charter has been done as well.

Some terms are still provisional, and I have used references to the proposed text for the Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and a glossary from the ECB. I still need to find out how to properly document those references and received a suggestion that this could be done through Specref. As a newbie here, I'm looking for some guidance from the w3c team.

On David's proposal, we will carefully curate this list, so I propose that proposed changes to this file are routed through me.
@Manu: do you have a suggestion how we can best handle this?

The terms.html list is to be the new "master glossary" for the w3c wpay activity.
It will be automatically linked to the other documents.
As background glossary document, it is planned to add a "clarification" which indicates where the terms used were sourced from, and possible alternatives / synonyms (as is now available in the GlossaryReference on the wiki).
