[use cases] Registration-less Purchases

There was some confusion over the Registration-less Purchases use case
two weeks ago:

https://www.w3.org/Payments/IG/wiki/Use_Cases_Task_Force#Registration-less_Purchases

Namely, what does "Registration-less" mean and why is it medium-high
priority?

This use case is about removing the need for paywalls. It's about
getting rid of the need to register with a site before you do a purchase.

You should be able to go to a Website, click "Buy", and have all of your
payment information and email registration handled automatically.

We're trying to reduce the shopping cart abandonment rate on the Web and
make the whole transaction process much smoother. See something you want
to buy? Click "Buy", approve the purchase and the transmission of any of
your email address credential by clicking "Approve", and you're done.

This is high-priority because we don't want the purchase process online
to be filling out a non-trivial number of forms (which is what you do
today). We want it to be a click, an approval (and optionally a
password/pin) and you're done.
