I took a look at the updates in the wiki, and really like the direction.

I think the first 50% is almost exactly what we want - quick intro,
summary of 1-3 key things we're trying to achieve with brief explanation
of each.

Unless we can add more items to "Goals in Pursuit of the Plan" or
"Topics of interest the group but not first priority", I suggest we
convert them into items that sit in the middle section and rename it to
something like "Characteristics of an Ideal Solution".

"This is what we're doing" is more compelling than "this is what we're
not doing" (even though I struggle to suggest that the latter isn't also
important).

The message feels like it falls apart a bit toward the end and there is
still no strong close or call to action for the executive summary.

Will put more thought into it over the next several days as well. Thanks
for the updates Chaals and Ian.
