Re: IG telcon and f2f minutes - process (take 3)

Dear IG members:



There is a small change to the process outlined earlier[1].  This process supersedes that one.



At the telcon on 2015-02-17 we revised the proposal for handling minutes:



1) All agendas will henceforth be sent to the public list. (This is a side issue, but related.)

2) The location of the minutes will be published immediately after the meeting on the >member< list.

3) The minutes will be published and linked to the Wiki page as readable by member only.

4) The minutes will remain member only until the next telcon or until 5 business days have elapsed,

    whichever comes first.  At that time they will be made public (same link).

5) People can comment on the minutes on email (we want to avoid telcon discussion).  Comments should

    be limited to the following cases:

        a. Where the commenter has been misquoted or under-quoted.

        b. Where the commenter had said something that was missed in the minutes.

6) On the following telcon, it will still be possible to comment on the minutes, but discussion

     without first having sent email will receive a frown.



Please comment if you have any objection.  We will have a brief time to approve the process on the next telcon.
