The minutes from todays work session telecon are available here: http://www.w3.org/2015/08/20-wpay-minutes.html It was a short meeting used mostly to sync up on how we could organize the work between now and W3C TPAC. Progress on the Capabilities document is stalling. Ian proposed a set of priorities for the group.
