   We have a plan below (thanks Ian) that we need to approve and internalize.

   Our plan is founded on relying on our task force leads to take responsibility for
   producing the material we need.  Leads are encouraged to enlist TF members,
   or to enlist additional IG members in each TF.

    - 14 September : Select topics discussed on telcon.
                     (email, phone) Chair/Team Contact check in with TF leads on status of work.

    - 21 September : Select topics discussed on telcon.
                     (email, phone) Chair/Team Contact check in with TF leads on status of work.

    **28 September : First draft of materials due
                     Solid draft of FTF agenda available.
                     TF will inform how much time is needed for the agenda slot.

    **12 October   : "Last Call" FTF agenda availabe
                     Continue to discuss select topics as needed

    **19 October   : Draft of ALL materials due that will be reviewed at the FTF meeting (including demos)

    - 26-27 October: IG FTF
    - 29-30 October: WG FTF
