2 F2F Agenda Development - Sapporo

   Ian has generously started a page for developing our agenda for the face to face
   meeting in late October:

   (Note: this page also has an agenda for the proposed WG.)

   There are number of items listed on the agenda.  These are all potential and not
   yet IG approved.  Using these items as a starting point, we'd like to begin to
   socialize our ideas about next steps for the Web Payments Activity.

   Our ultimate goal is to have a number of relatively mature proposals for agenda
   Items before the >last week in September.<  "Mature" means a draft charter
   for the topic, a position paper to jump-start beneficial discussion, or some other
   instrument.   We'd like coverage across regions and across industries within
   payment.

   On our call Monday, we'd like to begin discussion to help people understand
   the topics we find important and maybe to discover common interests in those
   topics.

   On the draft agenda page, the following topics are currently listed:
   - Identity
   - Ecommerce
   - Value Internet
   - US Fed evaluation criteria applied to IG roadmap?

   Additional topics can be found on the roadmap:

   At this point, all potential topics are on the table.  Bring it on.

2 Capabilities Document

    We will have a brief report on the status of capabilities.  Various individuals have
    volunteered to contribute.  Others on the IG might be interested in helping.
