RE: [payment agent] A proposal to structure architecture, agents and use cases

Hello Katie,

This is an omission we should see to correcting. My idea of a user payment agent clearly encompasses the ability to e.g. make use of different authentication mechanisms alternatively. In the accessibility context this would allow an issuer to a) either generally support the use of e.g. PIN and voice or b) to issue special items when needed, which support voice for those who ask for it.

Would that constitute a step into the right direction to you?
