Verifiable Claims Working Group Charter

I'm writing to show support for the Verifiable Claims Working Group.  I
have read the charter and contributed to the work on defining use cases.
The proposed effort has the potential to be foundational technology for
an identity-enabled Internet.

I am not a member of the W3C, but I am considering joining if the
charter is approved. Even if I don't join, I will definitely stay on top
of the work as it appears to be one of the more promising avenues for
solutions to address my current professional focus: UN Sustainable
Development Goal 16.9.
