Schedule
---------------------------------------

Join us for a full week of group meetings, breakout sessions, and other events. New this year:

* Breakout sessions are scheduled on multiple days to help reduce the number of sessions in parallel.
* On Wednesday after lunch, there will be a one hour community session open to all TPAC attendees.
* We are also planning a virtual-only Advisory Committee session on Tuesday 28 October for an highlight of Member work as well as governance and
corporate updates. This approach allows us to reduce scheduling conflicts.

Meeting details (content, room numbers, meeting links, etc.) will be added as soon as they're available on each

Health rules
---------------------------------------

We encourage the TPAC 2025 attendees to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves and
other participants who will come from around the world where the impact of illness may vary greatly.

Regarding the rules: Masks and daily testing will be left to individual choice.
At the same time, the W3C Code of Conduct requires respecting the personal boundaries of all fellow participants,
and forbids exposing others to contagious disease.

Childcare

W3C will provide childcare on-site free of charge to all TPAC participants who require it to be able to participate effectively.

Apply for funding
---------------------------------------

The TPAC Inclusion Fund and the W3C Invited Experts Support Fund aim to help reduce barriers for W3C participants or for W3C Invited
Experts who have shown commitment through their positive contributions to the work of W3C group(s), but who require support to contribute
in a more meaningful way at TPAC.

Applications will open shortly.

These funds contribute to the W3C stakeholder strategic initiative.
The amounts available for the funds are based on W3C member dues, funding from the Community Engagement Champions sponsorship plus donations.
We encourage you to contribute generously.
