WebML CG Charter update, review by 2025-05-11

Hi Web Machine Learning Community Group participants,

This is a call for review of the Web Machine Learning Community Group Charter update. This update proposes to make the Proofreader API [1] a new CG deliverable.

Please review the Charter proposal [2,3] and signal your support by adding a comment or a thumbs up reaction to the Pull Request [2]. Alternatively, you can also respond to this message by 11 May 2025. To be eligible to vote, you must be a CG participant.

With 2/3 of votes cast in support, this proposed new Charter will be operational on 18 May 2025.

The Proofreader API and this plan has been discussions in recent Community Group meetings [3,4]. The general sentiment was positive and helped motivate this update.
