Hi Web Machine Learning Community Group participants,

Thank you for your review and support.

The review ended with explicit support and no objections. Minor editorial changes were suggested, all addressed. Please refer to the PR [1] for details.

The new charter [2] will be operational on 9 December 2024.

Since there’s a good overlap in both participation and expertise across the WG and CG, we’ll hold a kick off session on the WG’s 5 December 2024 Teleconference [3] to introduce the new deliverables and discuss next steps.

Please review the Charter proposal [1,2] and signal your support by adding a comment or a thumbs up (+1) reaction to the Pull Request [1]. Or alternatively, respond to this message by 2 December 2024. To be eligible to vote, you must be a CG participant.

With 2/3 of votes cast in support, this Charter will be operational on 9 December 2024.

Summary of changes:

- Refresh Goals
- Add Task-specific APIs and Prompt API to Deliverables
- Note WebNN has graduated to the WG
- Stylistic tweaks

Note:

This call for review only concerns the *Community Group* (CG) charter, a group that incubates new web spec proposals. This does *not* suggest changes to the Working Group (WG) scope. The WG charter update is a separate consideration and has a different timeline.
