Good news: I was able to secure us an additional meeting slot.

Due to busy TPAC schedule meeting rooms are in high demand so as a compromise had to split into two days as follows:

Day 1 - Tue 17 Sep 2019 15:30-17:30 (JST)
Day 2 - Fri 20 Sep 2019 15:30-17:30 (JST)

Day 2 is to discuss topics we've put on a parking lot on Day 1. If you can only attend one day, consider Day 2 optional and be there on Day 1.
