Thanks for your responses! As expected, on one slot did not fit all. You preferred:

#1 Thursdays 2:30-3:00pm UTC+0
#2 Thursdays 6:00-6:30pm UTC+0

Since we're still expecting new participants from more companies, I think it'd be fair to keep the poll open for a little longer.

   Might I recommend using doodle to determine the best time that covers the most folks.

   This will allow everyone to pick as many 30 minute windows that work for them. It doesn't need to be on Thursday every month but would allow us to know which time would work best.
