WG charter renewal

Hi,

As previously discussed in our WG meetings, the formal process for
getting the charter of our Web Machine Learning Working Group has now
started, with W3C Advisory Committee representatives invited to review
(and ideally support) it.

Please make sure your Advisory Committee representative has this on
their radar - let me know if you need help in identifying the right
person in your organization.

Thanks,

Dom
