Creating a new WebID spec is quite a lot of work for one person For the last 10 years we've had only one chair in this group, whereas it's best practice to have 2 chairs. I've often thought the perfect combination would have been Henry's very conservative approach, together with Jacopo's ability to make continual progress. Meaning that change happens, but in a way that conserves what exists, and builds on that with things new. It perhaps might have been best all along to have a co-chair for the group. To share the load, and to better complement the strengths of the other in gaining consensus. However, it would require someone that the whole group could get behind, and it might be too late now. Just throwing the idea out there, in case it was overlooked!
