Consider closing the group in 6 months?

Jacopo has announced his resignation.  We thank him for his hard word, and
wish him the best.  In case he decides to change his mind, I think that
door is still open, I dont see it closing.

Jacopo worked very hard to win the trust of the whole group.  Which he
did.  And published, imho, some ground breaking work and progress.

I dont think there's anyone else that could gain the trust of the whole
group.  Perhaps Nathan as a caretaker, but I dont think he would do it.  I
dont think Sarven could.  Possibly someone completely new.  For example
Saebatian Hellman of AKSW.

Given that, I think it might be best to close the group, and you normally
have a grace period of 6 months.  It would be nice to clean up some loose
ends during that time.

Let's mark 25 September as a potential winding down date, unless there's
new information.

All I can say is that it's been an amazing journey working on WebID for 15
years.

But, let's see what happens...
