Hi Kingsley, Thank you for summarizing things, I always appreciate that. As chair, I just wanted to confirm that I have PRs for both #1 and #2 on my todo list. I am just struggling with the enormous amount of time that I find myself having to spend on communication. Regarding #2, right now the PR would introduce the MUST on Turtle and JSON-LD for publishers because that is where the largest consensus lies.
