I can only explain it with the experimental status of the whole service (-> "THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY") and perhaps Inrupt cannot guarantee for any data protection or compliance to data protection laws to allow storing of personal information.
