This is probably a question that we can ask once we move to a WG. cert:key is a MUST, choosing one of the relations needed to define the key is a MUST too. I think one should be able to specify it along those lines. currently we only have RSA, though we could also update the DSA ontology. I think the work for DSA has been done allready, but it would need to be checked.
