the apostrophe S looks weird.  Perhaps:

"It is recommended that theRequesting Agent 
<https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/WebID/raw-file/tip/spec/identity-respec.html#dfn-requesting_agent>set 
the qvalue for |text/turtle |in the HTTPheader "Accept:"||with..."
