How one gets from the WebID to the WebID profile must be explained clearly. This is easy to do as we only have two cases to consider:

   - Hash URI WebIDs 
   - 303 redirect based WebIDs

This is taking point 1 of ISSUE-23 "Authorised Representations and Dereferencing a WebID URI"
