It is fine to run into issues. But this here is a standards forum, where
we move ahead by making these issues explicit so that others ( including
ourselves) can learn from them. Just saying "I have more experience than
thou therefore do what I say" is important argument in many aspects of life
such as in a company or military setting when things need to be done at a
certain speed but it can't work in this forum. This forum of course does
not try to resolve all issues. We base ourselves on previous standards,
and real deployment experience especially where it can be explained clearly
and the experience duplicated.

As such your previous response with regards to 303s is the type
of arguments I am looking for.

I will leave time for others to answer that, so that this forum
can be more participative.
