In section 4.1.1 there is:
"The WebID URI of a known person/agent."
As I mentioned "agent" here is incorrect, because:
foaf:knows a rdf:Property;
            rdfs:domain <http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/Person>;
    rdfs:range  <http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/Person> .
