Minutes was: WebID teleconf today

We had a very good teleconf today.
The meeting minutes are here:

In summary:
  • We will have a short spec defining WebID and WebID profile
    - We agreed on http and https URIs with #tags as at least a SHOULD
    - it should link to other spec that are relevant such as LDP
    - it should have a simple diagram such as that one 
        http://www.w3.org/wiki/WebID
      ( but without the crypto stuff)
    - representations to be returned to follow LDP spec
    - Andrei Sambra will put up a first version of the spec

  • The current WebID spec will be renamed WebID over TLS 
      and will be simplified a lot as a result

  This will allow us to develop test suites
     https://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/webid/track/issues/69

   so that we can then propose this to W3C standardisation tracks.
