version history of DesignIssues/Editor?

Would someone on the W3C team please publish the CVS history of
https://www.w3.org/DesignIssues/Editor.html ? Better yet, all of
https://www.w3.org/DesignIssues/ ? Something like
https://github.com/dckc/MidasWWW or the cwm / swap repo would be really
nice. Raw CSV ,v files would be nice too.

Context: I'm more or less addicted to this CreatLink browser extension that
supports making links direct-manipulation style in markdown, HTML, etc. Its
integration with HTML clipboard operations recently stopped working (
https://github.com/ku/CreateLink/issues/32 ) and I realize how addicted I
am to that feature. I'd like to request the excerpt feature, and in doing
so, I'd like to know when exactly I added (asked TimBL to add?) that
section of Editing.html
