source to MidasWWW from 1992

I just ran across the source code to MidasWWW, evidently unpacked from the
1992 tarball. It looks like I tried to build it in March 2011.

I looked around and I can't find a copy of midaswww_1.0.tar.Z online, so I
put up a modern shrine:

I back-dated the commit and attributed it to the original author. I wonder
how many files on github say "23 years ago" ;-)
