TPAC 2023 planning - IMPORTANT

Folks,

 

In preparation for our WG call next week, can we please conduct a quick roll
call [via email] regarding your availability for a face-to-face WG meeting
during TPAC 2023, which will be happening this year on September 11-15 in
Sevilla, Spain: https://www.w3.org/2023/09/TPAC/. 

(Similar to last year, the TPAC will be held as a hybrid meeting with both
in-person and remote participation options.)

 

We will talk more about it during the upcoming WG call; however, since
Garret and I need to submit WG meeting info to W3C Team for TPAC planning
purposes - I would like to ask you to respond to this email with the
information about your in-person / remote participation and indicate whether
you are:

- Planning to travel to Spain and attend in person;

- Planning to attend online (with meetings scheduled to happen between 9:00
- 17:00 in local CET time zone);

- Not available / not able to attend this year.

(The WG meeting during TPAC 2023 will likely be scheduled either on Tuesday,
Sep. 12 or Thursday, Sep. 14, depending on room availability and other WGs.)

 

Your responses will greatly help us and W3C in preparation for this event.
