If we are publishing an updated Recommendation for WOFF2, we should also look at, discuss, and resolve or close the few existing issues. Two are resolved, but I haven't put them into the recent pull request. One is agreed in principle, but the edits have not been made either to the errata or to the pull request. And one is asking for the font MIME types to be extended to do what is already possible using supports() in CSS (to be able to use it outside of CSS contexts, like font preloading in HTML).
