Outstanding WOFF2 issues

If we are publishing an updated Recommendation for WOFF2, we should also
look at, discuss, and resolve or close the few existing issues. Two are
resolved, but I haven't put them into the recent pull request. One is
agreed in principle, but the edits have not been made either to the
errata or to the pull request.

And one is asking for the font MIME types to be extended to do what is
already possible using supports() in CSS (to be able to use it outside
of CSS contexts, like font preloading in HTML). I'm less keen, because
complicated MIME types with parameters are historically little used in
practice, given the difficulty of configuring web servers to serve them.
