WOFF 2.0: Known Table Tags Proposal (Latest)

Hello working group,

In the conference call this morning, we reviewed the data and revised
the proposal.  The revisions include:

o  Preserving all of the TrueType/AAT table tags (which are actively
being used, but just not represented in the font corpus that I ran the
tools over)
o  Refined the ordering (OpenType tables, followed by TrueType/AAT,
followed by Graphite)
