WOFF 2.0: Known Table Tags Proposal

Hello working group,

One of the open items for the WOFF 2.0 specification is finalizing the
list of "Known Table Tags".  See Section 3 (Table directory format):

Two rapidly whittle away at this, I was wondering if everyone could
help point me to the appropriate specifications.

With the editor's draft, Raph and Vlad had captured most of the core
OpenType tables from:

https://www.microsoft.com/typography/otspec/otff.htm#otttables

To these, I added EBSC, JSFT and DSIG.

The various Color font proposals have added a few more tables (e.g.
CBDT, SBLC, sbix, COLR, CPAL, SVG) according to Adam Twardoch's blog
post.  Thus captured these as well.

What other key specifications are there?
