font-compression-reference tools and OpenType (.otf) font files

In attempting to gather WOFF 2.0 compression improvement numbers for the
Open Font Library collection, I realized that the reference compression
tool does not yet support .otf files.

For the time being, I have updated the tool to emit a warning message
(rather than choking) upon encountering a .otf file, as follows:

WARNING: unable to compress: openfontlibrary/opentype/Pecita.otf (not a
TrueType font)

We are very interested in getting compression improvement numbers for .otf
files (even though we are not expecting a large improvement).  Hopefully we
will be able to add the necessary support over the next two weeks or so.
