Early WOFF 2.0 compression improvement results for the Open Font Library

Here are the early compression improvement numbers for the Open Font
Library (TrueType*) collection.  Many thanks to Dave Crossland who was able
to obtain a copy of the collection!

In summary, the early WOFF 2.0 compression improvement numbers (for the
TrueType* font files) are:

   - Average: 24.82%
   - Median: 25.15%
   - Stdev: 7.40%
   - Min: 7.13%
   - Max: 44.15%

(*) Note, the compression tool is currently choking on OpenType (.otf) font
files.  Looking into that next...
