New charter, rejoining, and computer oopsies

Hello folks

Our new charter [1] was approved. Because it adds new deliverables, everyone needs to rejoin the group which adds patent policy coverage for the new deliverables.

Normally, there is a 45 day grace period to rejoin. In this case, due to a data entry error, the date of charter approval was set to 2010 which triggered automatic removal of everyone in the group :(

We believe this has been fixed and the database restored to the state it was in before the charter announcement was sent out.

If you (for invited experts and W3C staff) or your AC Representative (for participants from W3C Members) have rejoined since the charter announcement on 24 Oct 2012, there is nothing else to do.

If not, please rejoin. If you have problems rejoining (e.g. the form only gives an option to leave the group) then please let me know and I will have the systems team take another look.

See you in Lyon.
