The decision to transition the current draft to the Last Call Working Draft has been made by the WebFonts WG on November 10, 2010 during the WG teleconference call: http://www.w3.org/2010/11/10-webfonts-minutes.html
The WG believes that the WOFF specification satisfies all the requirements specified in the WebFonts WG's charter: http://www.w3.org/2009/08/WebFonts/charter.html
The following groups are known or suspected to have dependencies on the WOFF specification:
CSS WG, SVG WG, WebApps WG, HTML WG, XSL WG, I18N Core WG, WAI PF WG
The WebFonts Working Group has not received any formal objections during the preparation of the specification for publication.
