Hi All,

I'm delighted to announce that on October 10, the Touch Events
Recommendation was published [REC]!

Congratulations to the group and thanks _very much_ for your work and
perseverance on this spec.

I'll followup separately regarding the next steps for the Web Events WG
as well as a draft agenda for a call on Tuesday October 15 (11:00 Boston
time - the same slot we used for this group and the same day + time the
Pointer Events WG uses).
