I expect this proposal will be formally reviewed as part of the overall charter review as with the other proposals we discussed at TPAC and that this call for consensus is for including these specs as deliverables on the proposed charter. At the present time Microsoft doesn't have a position for or against working on these specs in WebApps but it seems reasonable to include them for consideration in the proposed new WebApps charter.
