Rename Mouse Lock to Pointer Lock?

One more thought: since we now are calling the device a "pointer"
(http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webevents/raw-file/default/mouse-lock.html),
perhaps the spec should be named a Pointer Lock spec?

Apologies for bikeshedding, but I likes me consistenceee.
