security sections.
- Added to "Synthetic cursor interaction with HTML DOM UI"
  - Note that synthetic clicks may not be permitted by a user agent to
produce the same effect as a non-synthetic click. e.g. code can "dispatch a
click event on a button, and you can handle it in a custom event handler,
but the button itself won't do anything in response."
