Canceled: Draft agenda: 18 October 2011 call

We didn't have sufficient participation to have a meeting. I did 
scribble down a few items:

AB: the main thing we need to do is to agree on the event table
… Olli mentioned in IRC today that touchstart should be cancelable
… He also isn't sure about default action being none for all events

… Since the spec does mention in some cases mouse events are canceled

The event table is the only thing blocking LC#2 and it would be good to 
get it published before TPAC so if you have any comments on the related 
thread above, please send them to the list as soon as possible.
