Italian international project

Hi there webed, I'd love to start the Italian international project by
translating the wsc into italian.

The italian scenario lacks good documentation, references and stuffs.
Plus, as you would probably know, the italians' english is not the best in
the world.

Whenever a friend asks for a educational source in italian I don't even
know what to suggest.

I'd appreciate feedbacks on this topic, and of course anyone who want to
join me is welcome.
