I think that the first step would be for us to provide a clearer  
definition of the outreach program and its role in the community group  
relative to the other areas. Alexander and I have been discussing a lot  
about what is and isn't within the scope of outreach and we realized that  
there is definitely a need for clarification. Then, as a second step, we  
can look at what kind of sub-groups would make sense.

Let's take this up in our call next week.
