Hi, I'm a new CG member from Intel in Portland, OR, where I work on HTML5 on Linux-based OSes, especially our new effort Tizen, which features an HTML5 application API. I'm also an author/educator/evangelist for standards-based mobile web development. I met a few of you at the Seattle W3Conf recently - screaminggeek on the conference IRC - and I met at least Doug in person. Where can I jump in? I saw prior threads on the list archives about outreach to community colleges (I taught mobile web dev at a community college for a few years and could help there), and of course I am happy to contribute educational content, especially w/respect to HTML5. I'm good at translating geek to plain English and hope to use that skill in this CG. Here are a few examples of my work: http://learnthemobileweb.com/about/ http://www.amazon.com/dp/143022620X/ Best Regards, Gail R. Frederick Intel Corporation
