Re: Web components survey

Thanks everyone - and thanks for the changes Schalk!

I've modified Custom SVG elements to Custom SVG/MathML elements as per the
discussion.

The list is randomly ordered for each view. Another option is I can turn
this off and group like items in the list to make it a bit more cohesive.

We're just looking into hiding the progress at the bottom. Whilst I
generally agree with progress indicators on surveys, it is redundant here
and so I think misleading.
