Harry, You suggested there is a plurality of call for comments, but there appears to only be one - regarding Secure Origins. Could you indicate what you believe the other outstanding CFCs are? I'm specifically looking at https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webcrypto/2016Aug/0047.html - a clear CfC - and https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webcrypto/2016Aug/0046.html - which suggested a CFC would be proposed at a later date.
