The majority of the issues now have dispositions or have been closed.

There are a few for which I am proposing "wontfix":

I have left these open for your comments, but I will close them soon if
noone speaks up.

There are two where I propose "VNext" (meaning that if they are to be
solved at all it will be in a future version):

The remainder I have classified either "needs input" (meaning discussion is
required) or "needs review" (meaning there is a text proposal for review).
