[Web Crypto WG] Call for Consensus : Remove the generate key operation for PBKDF2 --> resolution adopted

Dear all,
As no objection was raised to that decision, we will be removing generate key operation for PBKDF2 from the web crypo API. I will be creating a corresponding issue.

During our call yesterday [1], we resolved to remove from the Web Crypto API  section dedicated to PBKDF2 operations (32.4) the generation of key.
That decision will be confirm unless someone raise an objection in the coming 2 weeks.
Thanks for raising your hands if you see good reason for keeping that operation, before the 17th of May, end of business hours.
