W3C Web Crypto WG - thanks to all : Web Crypto API is going for last call

Dear all,

You can relax now : Web Crypto API has now moved to Last Call.
Communication has been made to the world : http://www.w3.org/blog/news/archives/3755, W3C chairs have been informed.
But that is not enough. You have now to advert that and ping your colleagues, mates who may have a smart review of it.  Comment period on 20th of May, so during that time, we should all shake our networks :)

Again, thanks to the editors for their great work (great, great, great) and to all constructive contributors who challenged the spec on a regular basis.
