Please attempt to close ACTIONs before the next meeting

Everyone,

Please provide a status update your actions via email and, if possible, 
close them before the start of today's meeting! Thus, we can avoid the 
rather bureaucratic procedure of reminding people to finish their 
actions and use our valuable teleconference time to debate the 
substantial issues. I'll send in a sample update of my remaining open 
actions as a quick example.
