Lofton, I have added the quote (") at the end of the definition of the styleProperties ENTITY. see http://www.w3.org/Graphics/WebCGM/2009/WebCGM21/CR/WebCGM21-XCF.html#complete-dtd the partial DTD <!ENTITY % styleProperties ..... was OK see http://www.w3.org/Graphics/WebCGM/2009/WebCGM21/CR/WebCGM21-XCF.html#notation the external DTD was also OK see http://docs.oasis-open.org/webcgm/v2.1/webcgm21.dtd Also have updated the Zip file Thierry.
